You’ve probably already been working hard to address conflicts that are getting in the way of your work and thriving.

Maybe you’ve followed some organizational protocol for processing conflict. Perhaps you’ve tried to transform yourself to try to show up more skillfully. Or maybe you’ve just tried to ignore the tension, hoping it’ll go away.

Sometimes these approaches have helped, but overall, things still feel hard, like there are big blocks in your work, your collaborations, in moving towards your full potential.

You’re here because you’re wondering if there might be another way, and if your particular situation might be helped by what I have to offer.

Do any of these scenarios resonate?

RACISM OR STRUCTURAL OPPRESSION AT YOUR NON-PROFIT

Your nonprofit is committed to inspiring, transformative work in your community. But internal dynamics, some fueled by a legacy of racism, are breaking down trust and getting in the way.

MOVEMENT WORK

You’ve been working for months in what finally feels like your political home, doing energizing movement work with what feels like the chosen family you’ve always wanted. Suddenly  everyone’s personal trauma is stirred up, you’re constantly triggered, and unable to move your work forward.

ACTIVIST PERSONAL HEALING

Your local organizing community is In your broader community local activists are making big wins and pushing forward important agendas. But you and your comrades are facing burnout, and needing more healing and support; you’re worried that without some sort of outside resource, your hard work is going to come crashing down.

POLYAMORY

Polyamory as a relationship structure feels so hopeful, aligned, and freeing to you, so you’ve started to explore ethical non-monogamy. But you’re exhausted by the sheer enormity of processing time it seems to require, and demoralized by the way it seems to bring everyone to the precipice of their deepest early wounds.

ADDRESSING HARM IN COMMUNITY

Your community has been such a nourishing anchor and safe space for you. You are devastated, though, as egregious harm between members of this community comes to light.

If you’ve found yourself in these stories, maybe you’re experiencing some softening, some relaxation in your body, maybe even a glimmer of hope. And if you’re still not quite sure, maybe you’d like to learn a little bit more about my approach.

“We were able to go through a complex thicket of information, strategy, vision, and shared understandings in a relatively short time, but it never felt rushed or superficial.”

My work is suited to folks who believe that conflict can be transformative and generative, that personal healing is part of collective liberation, and who are open to learning and practicing new skills to support this.
