Grief in Action: an online grief ritual

There is so much we are holding in these times.

Do you feel like you are collapsing in grief and can’t imagine taking action?

Or are you perhaps taking action, feeling grief welling up inside but don’t feel like there is time to grieve?

This 2-hour online community grief-tending space will include:
- Grief education, guided movement, writing and conversation, feeling for actions we need to take to support our grief
- Many options for you to choose when and how you participate or not

We hope you will leave feeling more connected to yourself and others, be able to take more meaningful action towards what you care about, and to access and re-learn simple grief practices to carry with you.

All are welcome regardless of identity. No previous grief “experience” necessary.

Details and registration here!

This is a donation-based event. No one turned away for lack of funds. Suggested sliding scale: $5-55. A portion of donations will go to support the work of regional BIPOC grief tenders.
