Is conflict keeping you from thriving in your work?

Are conflict and overwhelm getting in your way, even though you are so committed to your work?

Are unprocessed tensions and systemic oppression impacting your collaborations and relationships?

Instead of feeling passion and inspiration, are you just frustrated at the loss of connection with your collaborators and how this gets in the way of your vital work?

If the answer is yes, you’re in the right place.

I’m Nicole. I’m a facilitator, teacher and coach who supports individuals and teams to move through conflict, build skills for resilience and show up more fully to their work for social change.

It is possible for you and your team to move through conflict!
I’m here to support you along the way.

“Nicole's wisdom, framing, and perceptive presence are gifts to any group entering into difficult and essential work.”

— Helene Lesterlin, Good Work Institute

You’re probably already working hard to address conflicts that are getting in your way.

Maybe you’ve followed organizational protocol for processing conflict. Perhaps you’ve tried to transform yourself to try to show up with more capacity. Or maybe you’ve just tried to ignore the tension, hoping it’ll go away.

Sometimes these approaches have helped, but overall, it still feels like there are blocks in your work and collaborations keeping you from your full potential.

Do any of these sound familiar?

  • Your organization is committed to transformative work in your community. But burnout and dynamics fueled by systemic oppression are getting in the way. You need support to keep your work from fizzling out.

  • You’ve been working for months in what finally feels like your political home. Things are going smoothly until  personal trauma gets stirred up, and you are unable to move forward.

  • You’ve always dreamed of living collectively, and you’ve joined a project that feels like a good fit, but interpersonal dynamics and issues of power and privilege are wearing on your connections and consuming way too much of the group’s time and energy.

  • You’re excited to explore polyamory as a relationship structure, but when trust is broken, you’re exhausted and demoralized by the sheer quantity of conflict processing.

  • You are passionate and you know you have so many skills that would support the movements you are a part of, but you’re heartbroken at the ways your own trauma keeps getting in the way of your work.

  • Your spiritual community has been such a nourishing anchor and safe space for you, but you are devastated as egregious harm between members of this community comes to light.

If any of these stories resonate, I’m here to help.

Let's find a time to explore how I can support you to move through these challenges and get to the other side.

“It takes someone with skill and practice such as Nicole to bring communication to a new level in a world full of miscommunication.”
